An independent verification arm — built for a region where trust shouldn't be optional.

Most directories let businesses claim a trust badge after a credit card swipe. Kyrion is designed to run against real credentials — trade licence, ownership, identity, tax status and address — cross-referenced with official registries and screening databases. The badge is earned, never bought.

Verification is continuous, not one-shot. If a license expires, the badge auto-revokes. If a mandate is cancelled, the agent disappears from listings. The score reflects today, not last year.

Is Kyrion really independent from Findisy?
Kyrion is operated as an independent verification arm. Its scoring methodology is published, its checks are designed to run against external official registries and screening databases, and its scoring is not influenced by Findisy ranking, subscription tier, or advertising spend. A premium Findisy customer scoring poorly will still see a low Kyrion score — the badge cannot be bought.
How long does verification take?
Standard Verified tier: usually within 24 hours. Premium tier requires manual compliance review and takes 48–72 hours. Real estate agents with a valid mandate can be auto-verified within 2 hours during business days.
What happens if I'm declined?
You'll receive an itemised report of which checks failed and why. You can address the issues (e.g. renew an expired license, complete UBO disclosure) and re-apply. Some failures (active sanctions match, fraudulent documents) result in permanent decline.
Is my submission data private?
Only the final score and tier are publicly displayed. Underlying verification documents (trade license PDFs, IBAN details, UBO declarations) are stored encrypted and never visible to the public or to Findisy commercial teams. They're accessible only to Kyrion compliance officers and, where legally required, UAE authorities.
Can verification be revoked?
Yes — automatically and continuously. If your trade license expires, the badge is suspended within hours. If a real estate mandate is cancelled in Trakheesi, the agent is removed from listings. If a sanctions match appears post-verification, immediate revocation. The score is a snapshot of today, never of last year.
Does Kyrion verify customer reviews too?
All Findisy reviews are tied to verified user identities (phone-verified, with stronger identity checks where available). Kyrion screens for review patterns: bulk submissions from the same IP cluster, sentiment manipulation, and time-of-day anomalies. Suspicious reviews are flagged and reviewed before publication.
