These terms explain what you can expect from Findisy, and what we expect from you when you use our platform — in plain language.
By creating an account or using Findisy in any way, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
If you use Findisy on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.
Findisy is a UAE business directory. We connect users with businesses and services across the UAE. Real estate and bookings are being prepared and will be covered by these terms when they open.
Findisy is not a party to any agreement or transaction between users and businesses. We are not responsible for the products, services or conduct of the businesses listed, although our verification standard is designed to increase trust.
To use certain features, you need an account. When you create one, you agree to:
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
If you publish a business listing or other content on Findisy, you are responsible for it. You agree that:
You keep ownership of your content. By publishing it on Findisy, you grant us the right to display and distribute it on the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
We may remove or moderate content that breaches these terms or that we reasonably consider harmful, misleading, or unlawful.
When using Findisy, you agree not to:
Some businesses display a verification badge after completing our verification process. Its scope is described on our Kyrion page and will grow over time.
A verification badge is an indicator of trust, not a guarantee. You remain responsible for your own due diligence before any transaction.
Findisy offers a free plan and paid plans (Business and VIP Business), billed monthly or annually. Current prices and features are shown on our Pricing page.
The Findisy platform, including its name, logo, design, and software, belongs to Findisy FZCO and is protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or reuse it without our written permission.
The Findisy, Kyrion, and PATRÌ brands and logos are the property of their respective owners.
Findisy is provided "as is". We work hard to keep the platform reliable, secure and accurate, but we cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Findisy is not liable for indirect losses, for transactions between users and businesses, or for content published by third parties. In any case, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid to Findisy in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or gross negligence.
You can stop using Findisy and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, engages in fraud, or harms other users or the platform. Where reasonable, we will let you know why.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of the Emirate of Dubai.
